Last June you posted the message for a Flex dev with Java experience. I'm assuming this has been filled by now, but what is, in your opinion, the opportunities for someone like myself, a long time Java/mid-tier J2EE developer with Flex 3 front end exposure? I've got enough JavaScript experience to be weary of using it for various support and platform/browser compatibility considerations, but have recently been intrigued by the RIA capabilities of Flex and would like to continue down this road if speculative demand is worth the effort... or would JavaFX be a better option?
What have you been seeing?
