Lead Flex Developer needed (Seattle)

Hey everyone,
I'm fairly new to Flex and its encouraging to see such an active community in the Pacific Northwest!

We have an animation studio in Seattle (www.globalwonderinc.com) and we're developing an entertainment application with Flex (www.FringeCity.com). We had a great developer who generously volunteered time to get us started, but he had to switch back to his own project. We're looking for a serious web developer to take over as Lead. We have some of the key features up and running, but there's a lot of work left to get to a public release. Optimally we'd like to find someone interested in joining us as an equity partner in this venture. But, we realize that doesn't work for most people, so we have compensation flexibility for the right candidate.

I'll gladly provide additional information about the project to qualified applicants.
