Wanted: Flex Developer for basic RIA

Hi,
I'm in the process of exploring flex to build a simple RIA that will be tied to a mySQL database using PHP. I'd like to get a prototype of the software built within the next 2-4 weeks, but my Flex chops just aren't there yet. Is anyone available to work on a contract basis to build the Flex front end functionality while I do the bulk of the PHP and mySQL?
